There should be some rules to prevent spam checkers or ban them somehow. They are ruining an amazing game.
You could try not messing up and allowing them to draw.
People who complain because their opponent won't resign when they think said opponent should resign, people who make up a term like "spam checking" and argue that opponents should be punished for it when checking is the main goal of this game...wow. I keep thinking I have heard everything on this forum, but I guess I haven't.

It's like people on a play money poker site complaining about pre-flop raising because most of them are calling stations lol. The whole point of that game is get more money in the pot when you have a good hand haha.
Every single opponent I play is always a check spammer. If there is a check available they always check no matter what

You are free to deviate from your repeated refutation as well. If that happens to be the only refutation, then you should continue to play it and if your opponent's checking is the best plan, they should continue as well and secure the draw.
The whole point is to play the best moves in the position, or the best moves you can find. Sometimes the best moves are to repeat.
