Hello to all, I hope everyone is enjoying a lovely summer weekend.
In any case, I just started playing Fischer 960 here on this site recently. I've completed about 5 or 6 games against other clueless opponents.
I was wondering if any of you who are good at Fischer random could give me some general tips or guidelines that might help me. I personally think Fischer 960 is like a big tactical puzzle, and being able to spot pins, weak or underdefended pieces, weak pawns and squares, batteries, open files, or a centralized or underdefended enemy King can carry one through to victory.
