I love chess. And I've always had a concern: we know Elon Musk is researching brain-computer interfaces and has made some breakthroughs. If brain-computer interfaces are successfully developed, allowing the human brain to seamlessly integrate with computers (which is very likely to happen this century), will beautiful board games like Chess become meaningless?
