Chess.com 0 second "increment"

My opponent's clock ticks down 0 sec but he won't lose! After his premoves 0.5-1 sec is added to his clock. Fix this!

He was able to WIN because he got increment from every move he made and the game didn't have a designed increment f.ex 3|2 but normal 10 min game!

If you look at the game in your archive, on the website, you'll be able to see the official server times and see there was no time added. The client clocks have to be updated after each move, to account for lag compensation.
