This is ridiculous. Regardless of how many people are making the database struggle, Chess.com's database certainly does not have a problem with taking money in return for memberships... and then having the servers fail every 5 minutes! Just keep up with the servers, god d*mmit!

I suggest that if chess.com had to pay every paying customer 35 cents a day for database overload, the overload would get fixed IMMEDIATELY!

I also noticed it's not updating ratings. I won a few games which didn't increase my rating, I'm sad. Anyway, considering I'm not paying for the service I won't complain anymore.
Next, there will be lag in OTB.
