Chess.com Is TOXIC For Women

I was relevant. And compared to what I was thinking, I was kind. I was also honest. Someone has to speak the truth here. It's not "toxic" and women aren't being victimized. If you can't tolerate someone's rudeness or you aren't "comfortable" with what they said, then go to bed and pull the covers over your head and stay there. You'll be safe.

And then hours later she was banned for cheating.

That's too good.

She (he?) is a troll and most people here fell for her crap.

"I'm a woman. I've loved playing Chess my whole life and it's been a core component in my development and my sense of self-worth. And yet, I feel like I have to constantly prove myself in the chess world because I am a woman."

This line is incredibly ironic now that OP is banned. "core component in my development and sense of self worth." psssssh. Is your self worth based on how much cheating you can get away with? Since when does proving yourself in the chess world involve the engine?

Since never. Cheating only shows weaknesses and wisdom used for bad reasons.
