Chess.com issue that will not get addressed

Chess.com,

On mobile chess.com applications premoves are only one single move at a time. On a computer, premoves are indefinite length ahead.

From this, it is clear that you bias towards computer players by giving a noticeable and significant advantage in online games.

Players on mobile who get winning positions against players on computer simply will get flagged a significant percentage of games as a result of this premove disparity.

This issue is created by chess.com, not the players. Nor is it up to the players to fix this issue. The solutions are simple and implementable.

Solution one: Allow mobile chess.com users infinite premoves as well.

Solution two: If solution one does not work then players on mobile which get paired with a player on computer both are only able to premove one move ahead.

Solution three: Do not pair players on mobile with players on computers.

Doing nothing to fix this issue is not a solution.
Making a good chess website that runs well, has little bugs, and is fair, is more important than spending budget on lie detector videos.

At the time of this writing, there is still no report a bug button in mobile chess.com

If your team truly cares about improving chess.com, then it should be obvious that an easy and accessible way to report bugs on computer and mobile applications so that users can readily and effectively bring forth issues with the website that need to be tended to.

The Android app supports multiple premoves. I believe iOS will at some point
