chess.com not letting me castle

I have the same issue for 2 weeks. I am about give it up and quit chess.

It's not a bug. Either you are in check, have moved the king or rook, or are passing or landing in a square that will put you in check. It's that simple.

It doesn't let me castle sometimes and I KNOW the rules. The games doesn't always work right whether you believe it or not. Happened to me today. It usually happens the 4P RG gametype. No clue why,

me neither. had to draw a game as I could not castle either side. I'll try again but pretty sure I tried all methods.

You can't castle through check. If you tried to castle kingside on move 11, that wasn't possible as your opponent's queen was covering f1. If you tried to castle queenside on move 15, that wasn't possible either as your opponent's bishop was covering d1. So: No bug here, you just don't seem to have understood that you can't move your king across a square where it would be in check.
