I love Lichess more. It gives you most of the things you need for free instead of asking you to upgrade for everything. I can also make studies on lichess for the opening books I read which you can't do on chess.com.
Chess.com has the Library function but its limited to those you don't upgrade and if you are seriously spending $100 a year to get the library option, you are probably better off buying ChessBase where you can do much more than chess.com. Also, their opening explorer is not as useful as Lichess when it comes to what other players are playing. There is a reason why you find out about the latest opening from people that play on Lichess rather than someone on Chess.com
