i lost two games recently just bcz of some faults in chess.com servers. in both the games i had good internet connection still i lost the game and after the game it showed that service is unavailable please try again later i lost many elo points just bcz of chess.com

The site has been experiencing very high loads. Staff are actively working on optimizations and capacity increases to alleviate issues.

You can open a ticket with support, with link to any game(s) that were dropped due to server issues and they should be able to provide a rating refund.

I can definitely relate to you.
How many games I have lost because of bad internet connections.
Sometimes my internet really is out... but other times, my internet goes out for about five seconds, and yet the website still takes several minutes to readjust.
The worst part is that -- unlike in the old days -- you cannot even disconnect and automatically reconnect, otherwise it will just say you lost due to "game abandoned".
Like seriously, why am I not able to disconnect for a few seconds whenever my internet service provider requires it?
Just now I lost a game while being EIGHTEEN material points ahead.
My opponent had apparently forced me to trade a bishop for my queen just beforehand, but considering his own queen was long dead, and it would still have given me a twelve-point advantage going into an endgame, there is no reason I should have lost.
I still had four minutes left on a ten-minute clock when the game disconnected, and despite how long it took for this website to reconnect, it still said I had 1:20 left when the game finally reconnected (long after I was able to log on other websites without issues), yet it still treated me as an instant loser.
Meanwhile, I have had opponents walk away from the game at seven minutes left until the timer hits zero and they are not treated as though they abandoned the game (I have also dealt with twenty-minute walkouts on a 30-minute timer).
It is frustrating enough to lose connection during a normal game but to have this happen in what would otherwise have been a clear-cut victory and be treated as though you were defeated makes the elo points system on this website a complete joke.
