Secondly, it shows that chess.com is willing to ban an account no matter how much they've paid.

Are you sure? I mean, I don't know, it looks pretty suspicious. Some guy with the name "PetrosHacking", joins, and within 16 days of them joining, they gift at least $2606 worth of diamond membership, and their account is closed. Sure, they may not have been a hacker in the usual sense, but I think they used some sort of exploit to pay for the diamond memberships, perhaps some sort of fake bank or something, idk.
