chess.com useless updates and changes

Im making this post because I noticed a trend on chess.com to randomly make updates to the app and website seemingly without consulting anyone that uses it. Because of this many updates to me feel useless, annoying, distracting and inconvenient without considering user experience. I also feel like I am not alone. this forum is to share experiences and to talk about a useful direction for improving user experience.

Do you work for chess.com first off?

Also useless graphics after games, random changes to aesthetics that don't improve the experience. reducing puzzle access and changing where to find self analysis without informing anyone. While ignoring the fact that users would appreciate keeping guess the move in chat while watching games. There are users that will never pay for a membership and there are better ways to encourage people to get than just restricting features. I think it would be intelligent to offer every feature just with ads and if you get sick of the ads you can get membership but if your willing to tolerate it you can have unlimited engine analysis and puzzles. Why is that not a thing with so many intelligent people working at this company.

It takes a lot of resources to keep the site running, including staff, servers, and content. Ads aren't sufficient to pay for everything and the site very early on decided to use the subscription model with some features limited to help keep the site growing.
