I created an account on Lichess and I've had no problems. I never cheat and I never gave Lichess any reason to close my account. However, although I don’t have any criticism in the way Lichess runs their site, it didn't feel like I was part of a chess community. Peace!

I don't know if this is new but I really liked how a mentor talks to you, and explaining. This sounds like a natural human voice, maybe it's AI generated. Either way it's very useful I liked it.
Lichess is better as it is actually free. If you dont pay money for premium in chess.com you cannot even do more than 8 puzzles in a day
Chess should be free for everyone and those who cant afford to get premium just miss out on all the fun. Lichess asks if you wanna pay it does not force you to pay for certain priveledges.
But this is my view, and it may not always be right
I prefer Lichess due to its free analysis and all that. Chess.com is also good but its not free and asks for money to learn chess. .Even puzzles are not free. OVERALL lichess is better for analysis and puzzles while chess.com is better for learning (if ur rich)
Neither Chess.com nor Lichess use elo system. Chess.com uses Glicko 1 while Lichess uses Glicko 2. Chess.com also use Glicko 2 for variants. I am 1648 in Chaturanga.

I’ve only done a few thousand puzzles on Lichess. Haven’t yet found what makes them more appealing than those on chesdotcom.
Both sites have their pros and cons, but debating their respective merits is not allowed on the other site, and big brother shuts these discussions down pretty quickly. Which is annoying, I don't see a need to censor such a topic, even if its been covered a million times before.
