When you Analyse a game in chess.com, you receive an accuracy score that is different than if you Analyse on Lichess. Is one more accurate than the other or do they go by different standards?

Can't say anything about Lichess but the accuracy score here is not a direct engine match metric. It is influenced by rating:

I forced lichess and chess.com engines to play eachother (white:chess.com black lichess) after 25 moves black was winning (-5.5)
