it's actually really hard to beat a computer in 1 min. chess. Beating the 2000 rated one is already a large challenge, because computers play really fast.

yea

um are these computer personalities good for training

Avatar of MegaCharizardLeo

well, they could be good for rapid training and it will be a large challenge in blitz, but whatever you do, DON'T TRY PLAYING THEM IN BULLET. When I was a 1600 bullet player, I literally lost to a 800 computer!

2/1 is fine. 1/0 and lower is HECK

You can't challenge a computer to any time control under 1 min

yeah

if you try 2|1 against a 2000 rated computer it is still quite challenging to win honestly though

but I just can't imagine playing one in 30 sec. That would probably be crazy... But, if you play a weird move like h4-h5 against a really high computer like stockfish they will 5 sec. to think so maybe that is a partial reason they don't allow it. Just a theory of course

What if bots are secretly people being forced to play chess. And when all of the slots are filled, that’s why so many bugs happen
