Also noticed a site (chessbites.com). Does anyone know if this is a decent database or not? If nothing else, it is quite large.

What are some good free ones?
I'm looking for one that is free, and also quite large. I would like for it to include games from weaker players too, but have games between large rating differences pruned out (like games of 1900 vs 1300). Also I would like to be able to prune out or leave blitz games as I decided (this last one isn't super important i guess).
