I am searching for a good software like "Computer Analysis" in chess.com to find good moves,inaccuracies,blunders and which shows best move and also reason for that particular movement.Is there any software or such chess engine ?

Fritz 13 with its "Full Analysis" feature. I use Stockfish with it.

In addition to Fritz you should probably check out ChessKing and HIARCS if you go commercial (all around $50).
