There are literally schools of chess, if that's what you're getting at. But I'm not sure. Or do you mean chess should be taught in schools?

LOL Adriano.. we have both chess classes and specific schools of chess here in Brazil as far as I know. Your city is one of the best of chess of schools here in São Paulo by the way LOL.

But it's not like Armenia or Russia(of course), there they've got in the curriculum classes of chess and they have already the traditionals sovietic schools of chess. And also, If I'm not wrong, Chess at schools have been adhered by South America since 90' or near of it... due to a search that they had done in the University of Venezuela, proving that chess is extremely useful for kids at schools.

In Russia there used to be real chess-schools. Where the talent went and the main course was, well.. chess... Mother Russia trained quite a couple of really strong players there.

There are chess schools everywhere. Now, legitimately good chess schools that produce top players, that's something.

não sei agora, a 3 anos quem mandava no xadrez aqui era uma cidade pequena aqui perto chamada de "Matão" lá tinha pelo menos uns 3 jogadores que humilhavam qualquer jogador daqui,hoje não sei como está,sei que havia umaescola de xadrez aqui,mas a muito anos fechou! fiquei sabendo de uma escola em outra cidade aqui perto chamada "brodosk",o nome desta cidade não é este é meu dificil não me lembro como se escreve! 

mas me referia xadrez em escola "normais"

haha, sim sim. refiro-me justamente a isso. aprendi xadrez na minha escola quando eu tinha apenas 8 anos de idade... mas nunca me interessei..e mal sabia as regras.. só hj mesmo q curto mais. e pelo que eu saiba muita das escolas aqui, pelo menos da minha cidade, ensina xadrez aos estudantes. não sei quanto ai na tua cidade..

Xadrez em todas escolas, uma realidade ainda distante em todo Brasil.
