I'd focus on tactics, use Chess Mentor and do lessons that target new/beginner players and first do the endgame lessons, and play daily chess here. Then review your games and post them in the Game Analysis forum for feedback. The Drills are also a cool feature you can try.

I am probably rated around 1000-1200. I am currently a Gold member. Besides playing games of chess, what is the best way to utilize the resources on chess.com to improve my game?
What kind of plan should I use? Order? Lessons per day? Etc.
