I was wondering if there was a place or two that I could play Chess at. it's sorta hard to find online and was wondering if someone could help me find somewhere.
Use Meetup.com
Play in a "brewpub" like people used to do a century ago.
Places would love to host chess. I know I would. It would bring in more business.

I went on the USCF website and it doesn't look like there are any local tournaments in the near future (nearest one is roughly 148 miles away). I don't know if any of the listed clubs are still running. The best potential chance that you have is a Barnes and Noble, on Northern Lights Blvd, on Tuesdays at the Starbucks from 6-9pm. That was the main spot mentioned on Reddit (The posts were 1-2 years ago). I don't know if they still play there.

That's what I've heard too, but I don't know if it's up to date at all. :/ I asked on Reddit but haven't gotten an answer yet
