chess is so amazing my diary of a chess week

so far this week:-
monday played two 20 minute rapidplays at my club against a strong opponent
tuesday learnt two grunfeld lines and made notes from a fritz trainer
wednesday(so far);using fritz trainer notes and books and chessbase created lines to play in averbakh system of kings indian defence(kid)
note-i am not counting the times i have played online including a long game on tuesday which lasted 1 hour in total and about 30 blitz games
i have studied chess since 1989 when i first joined a club and i have played chess regularly most years from when i got a computer in 1983 aged 12 i also played alot aged 9 in 1980 and i started playing a little aged 5 in 1976

Monday-go to chess club and play a few 5 0 games against a strong opponent
Tuesday-go through my grunfeld fritz trainer making a few notes of a few lines
Wednesday-go to chess club and play a 1:30hr club championship game against the club champion of last year
thursday-go through notes made on kings indian by my im chess coach and make notes on computer database i made of kings indian
friday-play in a tournament on chess.com and finish 8th out of 600
saturday-play for the team drive the team to a place 50 miles away and play a 2hr game
sunday-rest
