I was playing ten minute games for years and consistently rating around 1200. then i started playing 30 minute games instead. I won several games in a row and now my rating is over 1500. it seems to me that the ppl playing the 30 min games are not as skilled as the ppl who play 10 min games. I didn't expect to rank so well with the longer game times.
Chess rating system

My chess rating shows that I am impatient and not fast enough with the mouse... (OK. I admit -I suck at chess!)
Chess is a sport as well as an Art, you have to carefully execute your plans in a timely manner just like the way you click the mouse.

Win gain rating points
Lose lose rating points
Draw +/- depending on opponents rating.
1200 might be a little high for new players.
The average rating for all players is 1200.

my rating in standard chess is 1716. I will play 30 min games only and on my own without cheating (u can check my games)
what will be my elo rating based on this??

Playing a Over The Board game is completely different than online games, until you gain the experiance of dozens of games in tournament situations with longer time controls. Most likely you would be 100's of points lower, certainly not higher.

Just looked at your rating which shows average opponent quite a bit less than yourself. Your rating is inflated here.

Sounds like the typical misunderstanding for players trying to justify that they are actually a lot better than their online rating, and that online chess isn't real chess and that in OTB games, they'd stomp the same online opponents who spank them game after game.
In reality, here on chess.com, it seems that the online chess.com rating UNDERESTIMATES your OTB UCSF rating, and quite dramatically in some cases. It seems to even out once you're 2000+, but in the common 1100-1800 zone, your chess.com rating lowballs your UCSF rating.

So if you're say, 1400 UCSF, and expect to play a 1400 chess.com member dead even in 5-min blitz, you're going to be mistaken. Chances are that that 1400 chess.com member is rated about 1529 UCSF, which should be high enough for them to win the majority of games. (A 1400 UCSF rating corresponds to 1275ish chess.com 5-min blitz rating per the survey.)

That isn't the whole argument. If you have never played OTB rated chess, the transition isn't always smooth and you can very well play 100 points below your normal chess ability getting used to notation, using he clock, and general nerves.
