Because the ratings generated are drawn from different pool groups, chess.com and members of Scotlands rating system, which don't have similar numbers nor strength of players. The best estimate you could do from that would be to try and find people on chess.com who have ratings from the Scotland rated system and their chess.com rating, and match it to yours. But that would be a generalized estimate. The best way to find out- go play some tournaments and get a rating from CS! :)
