Interesting take, though I’d have to respectfully disagree with the second part. Professional chess players dedicate years (even decades) to mastering something incredibly complex. Just like artists, athletes, or scientists, their time isn’t wasted; it’s focused.
Sure, not everyone wants to go pro, but for those who do, it can be a powerful path full of discipline, strategy, and creativity. And hey, whether you’re casual or competitive, chess can reflect life in lots of ways. That’s the beauty of it 😄
