basically you just made your bishop horrible by blocking it in with your pawns
At several points you could have just brought the bishop back to b1 and gained a tempo against his queen on g6 while getting your bishop somewhere better.
Essentially you were a piece down for most of the game.
Also,there was an open file and common sense says you should have tried to get at least one of your rooks onto it
