The loading times are sometimes excruciantingly long ...
really long
Some of the people they allow to frequent it...
The thing I really don't like is sometimes troll posts get deleted. I mean, come on! The troll posts are the only reason why we read the forums! Where in the world did chess.com get the idea that certain troll posts are "inappropriate" and should be deleted?

Unfortunately, it is a matter of taste and they aren't capable of satisfying everyone...

I think that they give normal membership ads(which are sometimes inapropriate!) so that we get a paying membership.
