Chess.com "Hall of Shame"?

Sometimes I am tempted to start a "Hall of Shame", when I am playing and my opponent vanishes when it finally becomes clear that they are doomed to lose.   I can understand a newer player becoming frustrated when they drop a piece and know they have no real chance against a stronger player and just shut the computer off, but one would hope a more experienced player would simply "turn the king on its side".  The temptation is to start this "Hall" to forewarn other players that if you take a game with individuals who consistently leave a game at the penultimate moment that you will be left listening for crickets and watching the grass grow in your yards.  Somehow it is more maddening to see people leave on the threshold of a completed game than it is for them to just time out after a few moves.  Any thoughts?  By the way I am refering to correspondence chess, of course in live chess the game would time out before the crickets stirred.

Some people must go to work after two hours of chess. Others must sleep.

I understand you, but you have to wait, that's why we have a time limit, to use it sometimes. This doesn't necessary mean what you suggested. May be he needed to go out with his kid(s)/wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend/..., may be he needs to think more on that move ...

Agreed and that is why I did not name a name, the key factor in what I wrote earlier is that it be a CONSISTENT trend for that player, not just random, not just occasional, and running with your comment Ziryab, though I can agree, it would be nice if an opponent could say "hey dude, time for sleep or work" instead of going "poof".  If someone needs to think for hours over a move, fine, I understand that as well, but it seems chronic on this site that people suddenly become very busy with "other things" when it is clear they cannot and will not win or draw.

Play 30 games at a time like I do. You will hardly notice the people that take time to think about their moves.

Last night I made moves in every game cept for 1 of them. The position was very complicated and I was drunk. The game is pretty even so I guess I don't fall into your category. But the purpose of my post is every time I check chess.com it's my turn in anywhere from 1 to 30 games. So if 1 guy takes his time to move, will I care or notice? Nope. He can take as long as he needs to lose.

haha, weid idea, but the name gave me another idea: how about starting a "hall of shame", where all banned people can have their place?

lol.

also people ask for draws because their child has become conveniently sick and needs immediate medical attention when they are far behind.
