You probably should have made it a 1800+ tournament, just to make sure the candidate has a chance.

hey guys, i will be making a WC cycle, here's how it works, first i will have a seires of regonal tournaments e.g. middle east, then the top three of each of those regonal tournies will go to their continental qualifiers and then the winners will go to a play off to challang the current WC in a 12 round match. the winner will get the title CCM(chess.com master)
