Well, I would first look on that website, not here.

Chess.com does own them but they probably have their own customer support.

When did you email them? It takes a business day or two to get an answer from support here. I imagine it's the same there.

I contacted them about a hour ago just posting here to see if a staff member could give me a quicker response

Even if you got a mod's attention, they would just contact the person handling memberships.

They are a business. People don't work 24/7. It it still 5 in the morning on the west coast, where chess.com is headquartered.

As far as I'm aware there are only a couple of staff that handle billing and refund issues. If you haven't heard anything by mid-Monday Pacific time, you might post again.

Also, did you buy this for yourself? Chesskid is designed for kids 12 and under. Maybe you should ask someone older in your household for help.

I finally got a message that it's being refunded in 1-3 days which is fine I just wanted a response

True but facts are facts I didn't say anything wrong if there was no staff then that's still a unprofessional.
