Staff are working on some issues with lockups on Classroom. I know that the problem has been recently been recreated consistently and that should help developers to solve.
Classroom problems - any online coaches having problems, too?

This has been an issue with classroom since as far as it was introduced. I sent them an email about it months ago and they said they were aware of the problem but I'm having all of the same issues. Specifically, the zoom feature never works properly so i have to do a separate zoom while also working in classroom and tell my students not to turn on the zoom feature inside chess.com
Hello all,
I'm a scholastic coach and use the Classroom for my online lessons. I’m hoping someone who has experienced this has an idea. Chess dot com says they have developers working on this, but for over two weeks, the following happens. It intermittently works, then doesn’t even in the same session.
1-create classroom (works)
2-load first position for study with my student (works)
3-Click “Games” tab (works)
4-Click ANY button on the new screen: COMPLETE FAILURE
The only way to load a second or more position, is to create another Classroom and invite my student to the new one.
I have used these browsers in this order and all fail:
Chrome
Edge
Opera (supposed to be “great” with chess dot com)
Firefox
I clear my cache and that doesn’t ever help.
If you have any suggestions, I’d appreciate hearing them.
