They already have 5 time control choices with delays.

and you can set up custom seeks, so if you really only want a 13 37 game, it can be yours.
/ Perhaps you mean you want to make changes to the time control after the game has started? So when one side runs out of time, the game can continue?
I was wondering if they could add a function where the chess community can add a delay to the live chess clocks. Thoughts?
