Why post your problem in a "General Chess Discussion" forum? I would suggest the "Help and Support" forum would be more likely to get the eyes of support personnel. (I think you can change the forum category and perhaps make the thread title more informative, like "Clock problems since Chess.com server reboot")

Since chess.com restarted their servers half an hour ago my clock in bullet chess has become really screwy and I've lost several games on time, when it seemed like I was comfortably winning.
There's nothing worse than getting down to 10 seconds on the clock, your opponent on 5, then making a mad scramble of premoves, only for everything to hang for ages, and then suddenly you lose and they still have 5 seconds on their clock. Especially when you are winning anyway.
Grrr, chess.com!
