I'm sure that it is annoying but I rarely have games aborted. I think that it has been at least a couple of months since the last one and I think I play pretty actively.
How often does it happen to you?
The thought occurs to me that your 1204 blitz rating matches you up pretty often with all the new players coming in with a 1200 rating.
Perhaps that is part of the problem. New players haven't yet learned that they shouldn't use the abort button. (And why wouldn't they use it if it's available?)
Now that I think about it, it must be hell.
