Clowns Abound !!!

How does one get a queen's pawn to e5
i believe that was covered in the is chess a sport topic. some said it takes a great deal of exercise to be able to move a pawn to that square.

I often find there are clowns to the left of me.
--- Any over to the right ?
No. According to the lyrics:
Jokers to the right
Here I am, stuck in the middle with you

--- Yup I've met a few Jokers in my time, lol.
Another Clown showed up today ( on-line ) and did not make even one move, yup just sat there and waited for things to time out ( what the heck what the point ??? ).
--- And yet another one yesterday, WHY WHY WHY ???

Good one. Somebody should post that video.

First time I use an en passant in queens gambit because the opponent sacced all his pawns protecting the gambit pawn, and his bishop in the middle was going to get too much staying power with a double rank pawn move.
Opponent rage quits over en passant, toplel:

Why would he quit??? You missed the obvious Nxb5 capture for two moves and he had plenty of oomph left in the position. The chess.com computer said you were only -0.77 ahead when he threw in the towel. That's how people don't learn how to struggle on in a bad or lame or even marginally worse position. Playing until it's truly hopeless is the way to improve.

I didn't actually know at all about that attack and that it would have opened up the rook for capture wow.
But yea he quit after the en passant. 3 mins 'thinking' then resigned.
other clowns start a game just to abort it and it drives me INSANE.
--- Yup some Clowns will leave if they get stuck with the Black Pieces, rather sad.
Or if they're paired against somebody rated six points more than them... I once won against an 810 when I was 770.
