Coherence of huge gap between Elo and Game Rating

Hi, I'm very confused about the huge gap between my Elo and Game Rating. I'm totally a beginner and just played a bit the last 2 weeks. - Elo is around 560 - last accessible game ratings: 1350, 1150, 1200, 1250 - Opponents Game Rating I recently lost to: all above 800 - even when I win, my opponents game ratings are also above 1000 - what does 94,6% accurucy mean? does that mean that I played like a bot and I could getting banned for cheating? I tried to look up what 'game rating' supposed to mean, since I thought it measures something totally different like Accurucy or so. But now I'm just more confused. Does that performance rating mean that I did moves in a game which could be expexted from someone at ~1300 Elo or does it only mean that I had one good game with very good performance? But than, why is it constantly so high? wouldn't that be a sign that my Elo should be way higher? Espacially whats also very confusing is that the rating of my opponents are also very high. Is that algorithm for calculation maybe not that optimized? I was very suprised how elegant Elo was numerically calculated and now I curious about this interpretation. In general I only play Italian Game as White and French Defence as Black. I watched a couple of Videos. In those lectures and chess theory everyone assume that the opponent does moves like Magnusen. If they do so, I win but my opponents usually do bad moves which are never considered in chess theory and than I lose. Those 400 Elo opponents were the hardest fights of my life.

Elo and game rating differ a lot. Elo measures the average performance. Game rating measures the actual performance. I have the elo of 1400. Sometimes i play like a 2000+ player in a game, with 90+ accuracy, sometimes i play like a <800 rated player with <60 accuracy. Everyone has a "good day" and a "bad day". Performance depends on the circumstances, how much sleep have you get, how many noises are there in the background, where are you, what position are you in, how strong is the opponent, what clotches you wear, etc.
