Qg3+ Kh6 Qh4+ Kg6 Ke6 and the king has no moves. If the rook goes sideways you can win it with a forking queen check so Rg8 Qg4+ Kh7 Qh5+ Kg7 Ke7, the same theme, again there are no king moves for black but this time the rook must go sideways and you can win it.
