My original point was that humans are better at explaining some of this stuff than computers. I was agreeing with Pfren. No sane player would want to make this move after they realize what happens. The engine cant tell that. And that IS the point.

I understand that. But anyway computer doesn't know what is "good" or "bad" as it can only calculate using formulas. After calculating them it has realized that your move wasn't that bad. As for every mediocre player it's easy to understand that it was a mistake but an engine can play awful positions. By the way may be engine can use an A-file to capture one of the doubled A-pawns and can use the strong BSB to defend it's position and probably win the game if Black will play inaccurately. That's why computer isn't a good coach. So basically new chess players need a coach because he can explain them positions like yours.
