"connection lost" problem, again... so frastrating!!!

Chess.com support guys - take a look at my last 2 games (and if you'll look a bit further in the past you'll see it's not the first time it happened to me): I almost won, clearly leading and just a few steps from finishing up - and then suddenly... game stuck, connection lost. Nothing I can do, only watch the time goes by and pray for it to get fixed - but timeout is finally reached and.. I lost, minus 9 points... errrrrrr!!!!!
