Constant wins from abandoment?

Why is it that I want to play chess, yet I have people play 3 moves and then either resign or abandon the game. This isn't an extremely constant issue, but still is bothersome when it happens.

The guy you played this morning probably just lost his connection.
He is probably even more frustrated than you are.

Exactly. Either that or they don’t like the Steelers. 😉 Just be happy you won and move on.
I'm composing because I want to play chess, not move twice And win, I get some people lose connectivity but it's not every one who does some resign some leave/abbabdon and some disconnect

You shouldn’t report someone for disconnecting unwillingly. It has happened to me early on or when I was deep into a game. Fortunately, it has been rare, but it has cost me rating points. However, it probably has evened out because I have had the reverse happen too. Anyway, you would cause innocent players unwanted grief. I am sure you wouldn’t want to be reported if you lost your connection and couldn’t get it back in time.
