On the topic of weather ... the hottest weather girls are from Mexico.

pronounced ... mehico.

I've never seen a Salvadoran weathergirl, but I imagine she makes the 'mehican' weathergirls look like bean-fed kentucky weathergirls ;)

Let me translate the subject written in Persian language.

The subject is about: What will be happened if the chess could be considered as a minor course in schools or universities such as math or physics?

1- Approximately from 20 years ago, the chess was considered as a minor course in Cuba and Icland.

2- According to the investigations, chess was considered as an extra course in several country universities including USA, Swedan, Canada, and Russia in which the students were free to choose the course or not. It was concluded that the chess-payer students (i.e., the students who agree to have chess-course in the university) show better than the remaining student (i.e.,  the students who did not like to have chess-course in the university). So, the chess was known as a way to improve the students skill during their educational course in university.

Yes... chess gives the younger person the skills of discipline and planning. These are essential skills in this day and age.

Avatar of Nadia_Talebi

Avatar of hoogol

The Farsi word for the traditional covering (head-to-toe) that Iranian women wear is 'chador'. I learned a little Farsi when I lived in Teheran from 1974-76 Smile, before the Revolution.

And I actually learned to play chess in school in Iran!
