Contents of some received Email may be corrupted

I've only received a handful of emails at my chess.com address, which I have set to automatically forward to my home email. The forwarding works fine and the forwarded messages arrive intact.

I noticed, however, one rather long email from a friend that got forwarded to my home email intact, but when I later tried to view it in the chess.com email reader, it is missing large chunks of text, as though my inbox content had been corrupted.

I tried sending another long article to my chess.com mailbox, but this one was not corrupted. The one instance of corruption may just be a fluke but my confidence in the integrity of the data in my chess.com mailbox has been diminished.

There are a lot of variables here, what was the content?  what mail type do u allow at your mailboxes?  do u have the {corrupted} message?
