That is a completely normal thing. You should stop when you lose 2 in a row. It's called tilting. You play one more "I'll win back the points", and you lose it. Then one more, you lose it. And you'll lose 150 points in one sitting. I've also been there.

I dont play in a row. I make breaks between games, usually 2, 3. Sometimes I analyze my games, too. My behaviour is more normal then titing.
That leads me to the point back: Regardless of my skill, how I play, I lose anyway. Its like playing against bots and cheaters. If two accounts out of 20-30 games are caught for cheating, whats the dark figure? Ive the impression that its a kind of gambling, sitting onto a slot machine: You cant win in long term; or on the roulette table: You cant win in long term.
That leads to my last question: Why cant I stay in some ranking? That´s just a rhetorical question. I know the answer.
Matchmaking ist corrputed/ forced by system, otherwise you couldnt explain the rollercoaster streaks. Lost 150 points (third time with this account). Its just fraud.
If I google about that topic, other non-master players, especially players below 2000 like me, got those losing streaks and rollercoaster behavior.
Studies show, that players confronted with that losing and winning streaks tend to return faster and play more. Its so disgusting.
It drags me down mentally, make me physically sick and I have to force to stop myself to play.
Chess should make fun. It is not fun. Its torture. It´s hoax.
Feel free to comment if you make same experiences. How you feel about your streaks. About the system. If u spend money or not and if it has some impact about your rating.
I usually play daily, but I need to rest. Im drained out.
