I don't think this is a feature but it definitely should be.

This is a very obvious feature that should exist. Maybe it should be Unrated but still. I've had games time out or an accidental resignation with a friend that we'd love to finish from a custom position.

You can with a daily game.
I would like to replay a previously settled chess game with a friend starting from a specific position in the previous game.
Is there a way to submit a game request to someone already several moves into a game. This would be for learning purposes and it would be played unrated.
I have the PGN for what it would supposed to be but alas, could find no way to make the game start in that position.
