I think it's because if they did trophies for leagues they would have to give more points if you won because otherwise a lot of people would be annoyed because they last for so long. Even if they did people would just spam daily chess games because you can do so many at once.

But why not give them the same number as, say, bullet? Maybe make a win worth only one point, draw 0 and lose 0?
Or a half a point per win to balance it out.

League divisions reset weekly. The timeframe of Daily games doesn't fit in with that idea
It could be based off of when you win the game. All I'm trying to say is that I don't think the idea is that ludicrous.

plus, there is a whole bunch of tournaments where you have mate in one on move 1 such as here https://www.chess.com/tournament/try-win-as-white there is a lot of them and you could join lots and get like 10 daily wins a day
