I have no idea why you are experiencing this issue. If I were to suggest something, I would suggest that you, rather than going to this link every day, to navigate to the puzzle from the homepage. That's about all I can say. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Since several days now whenever I click http://www.chess.com/forum/daily_puzzle.html I fall on http://www.chess.com/message.html which says "Oops?! No daily puzzle!"
Is this normal?
