Database Games

I'm trying to get the Opening Book to recognize the upgraded database after I download new games to it. Please note that I have been adding new games to the database.cbh that comes with Fritz. So, I don't understand why the database isn't pulling up all the games that it recognizes in the Opening Book.
In the Opening Book tab, there is listed # of Games for a particular move. However, when I make that move, and then go to Edit> Find position, there is nowhere near the number of games listed. for instance, the Opening Book may say 20 games, but when I try to find position, only 3 games will display. Am I correct in assuming that the number of games with a certain move is the number of games in the database?
