guys I was playing with someone 315 (I was 290). but then when he beat me I somehow lost 15 points even though he was more so guys tell me if it's a glitch or some kind of setting whichi have to turn off

In the settings, go to play and go to live games, there you can filter out the rating range
You dont play regularly so you have more significant rating changes
