I don't know if this will help, I don't have any chessbase stuff on my PC as it's antique however my friend does and had same issue he showed me what he did, marked them to delete, clicked this icon with X to remove games and its didn't remove them, I told him to backup his saves games files fir him they were pgn and then uninstall the software completely and reinstalled it fresh, put his database games back in the folder by copy and paste, started it up and he followed the same procedure to delete his game files and it now works games will allow to be removed. Whole thing took about 30 minutes. Hope this is helpful!!

"Remove deleted games" is not working for me in Fritz 15.
I mark them in the edit button, then try to remove the deleted games but they're still there.
Any help?
