this account goes from 1100 rating to 100, then back to 1100, then back to 100, then up again and so on in a few months stretch. ALL games have Accuracy revealed, and hitting 90%-97% accuracy frequently. 4,000+ games.

Least obvious sandbagger:

ok yeah but 4K games, 500+ profile views. clearly he has been reported before... and nothing has happened to him. i too thought it was too obvious, but so obvious it either means:

1. chess.com cheating tech is a joke or

2. its a streamer doing one of those speedruns and thus why they let the account be

plus why sandbag on meaningless (no $$) online games?

i dont wanna be paranoid tho... i dont want to be kramnik.

There was never any sinister intent. It was some combination of anger, boredom, and disinterest. It's just a game, and honestly I don't care if I win or lose. I move slowly, and it isn't uncommon that I lose on time when I am up a rook or more. It also happened more often than you'd think that my opponent would then mock and insult me for losing when up so much material, which is when I would then intentionally lose out of anger, sometimes as many as 50 in a row. But if I'm to be honest, I enjoy playing opponents who are rated between 200-1000, because these players often will make hyper-aggressive moves and I will stumble against them, and it's an opportunity to get better at refuting moves that I otherwise wouldn't see. The games with the high accuracy were typically when my opponent wouldn't play hyper-aggressively, and would leave pieces hanging right out of the opening--the so-called "best moves" weren't anything very advanced, it was just a matter of seeing that a bishop or knight or pawn was unguarded. I'm sorry if it made anyone upset. Now that I've been forced to start over under a new name, you can see that my "true" rating is around 1400. Since I've been warned against losing intentionally again to get my rating down, I guess this won't happen again, but I will enjoy the experience of playing here less. I'm not looking forward to being mocked again the next time I lose on time when up material. Have a happy new year.

lol so you were sandbagging ( i honestly thought you were prob a streamer doing a speedrun). None of your explanations or over rationalized excuses make sense. are you ok?
you are 1400 i am 1000 dude. get your power trips somewhere else hahahahahaha. if you enjoy the thrill play bullet. otherwise its like me going to a 100 saying "hey im 100 too, let me kick you around for 20 minutes without you knowing whats going on for my fun! but no mal intent tho, bro". youre a lil pathetic. at least let me know in chat you are 1400 so i can get around that.

Again, I'm sorry you became upset; that wasn't my intent and I didn't think of any impact on anyone else. But to be clear, your accusation that I was on a "power trip" is WAY off-base. Again, I honestly don't care if I win or lose; often I play to waste time before I go to bed. I am also polite to my opponents and don't engage in trash-talking. I'm guessing I'm probably a bit older than you, so maybe you don't understand my perspective, but you don't have to play games to win, no matter the game. I really, really don't take any pleasure in winning--I play just to pass some time--and I will typically offer a draw or even resign if my opponent has made a terrible blunder, because no one deserves to lose that way. But regardless, I was warned and now I will just primarily play the bots.
