Well, let's put it this way: The book is to try and make you learn, so why don't you test different variations out, and tell us what happens for the king moves Kh1, Kg1, or Kf3 after 1. ...Qh3+, 2. Nxh3 gxh3+.
Okay, on a slightly different line than the one shown, a queen sac comes into play on move 44. However, for those who have looked at the diagram, whites strongest play after pxN is K to H1. The black pushes the pawn, and at that point white dumps his rook- he moves to b1 with the other rook preparing for just that.
